- After reserving a spot, please complete the payment within 3 (business) days using your credit card. Your payment indicates your agreement with the following regulations and cancellation policies.
- The captain has the authority to alter the sailing route or cancel the voyage due to sea conditions or uncontrollable weather factors such as the issuance of a maritime typhoon warning or unsuitable sailing conditions due to excessive waves. The company will make a decision whether to cancel at least 3 days before the scheduled departure. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
- In the event of yacht malfunction, the company will assist in finding an alternative yacht or provide a full refund. Additionally, a special discounted rate for the next charter will be offered to compensate for any inconvenience caused by the change of vessel.
- The cancellation policy for yacht trips is as follows: Free cancellation up to 30 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations within 14 to 30 days will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the charter fee. Cancellations within 7 to 14 days will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the charter fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled date.
- Please provide each passenger's passport at least 7 days before the activity to facilitate maritime operations and insurance procedures.
